During the 70s, graphic design was based on kaleidoscopic patterns, vibrant colors and element repetition. Music and drugs mixed to rupture old traditionals ways of expression. One of the results of the graphic communication of the era is signaling system. Symbols that guide and organize people in public spaces.

Events like the 1968 Olympics and the World Cup of 1970 exported mexican visual identity around the globe. Drugs and hallucinogens consumption influenced the aesthetic of this era. The collective imagination was expanded and the results of this expansions were illusory forms and graphics with movement.
